As the Transaction Coordinator for Life Changing Lending, I bring a powerful combination of experience in real estate, investing, business management, and public service. Before entering the real estate industry, I served as Director of Communications and District Manager at the Texas House of Representatives, where I developed a strong foundation in housing policy, constituent services, and community advocacy.

That experience sharpened my understanding of how legislation impacts everyday homeowners, investors, and families—insight I now apply to every transaction I manage. Whether I’m assisting first time buyers or seasoned investors, I use my policy background and real estate expertise to help clients make informed, confident decisions.

As a licensed REALTOR®, I’m known for my strategic insight, negotiation skills, and ability to streamline
complex transactions. I stay up to date on both market trends and lending regulations to ensure my clients receive current, actionable advice. My personalized approach allows me to tailor every experience to each client’s unique goals.

I am proudly affiliated with the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Texas REALTORS®, Houston
Association of Realtors (HAR), and TREPAC, and I currently serve on HAR’s Governmental Affairs and
Political Affairs Advisory Groups. I also serve as the Governmental Affairs Chair for the Greater Houston
Coalition for Justice, where I continue to advocate for equitable housing and lending policies.

This year, I was honored with the Rising Star Real Estate Agent Award, a testament to my passion,
professionalism, and impact in the industry.
